As founder and CEO of RUDAS LLC, I have proudly called Knoxville home for over 10 years. With a background in construction and real estate development, I am passionate about revitalizing communities and creating affordable housing solutions. Through partnerships with organizations like HUD, City of Knoxville, KCDC, CAC, KUB, and various nonprofits, we're transforming our vision of accessible housing into reality.
